1. The Morgan Local School District is proud to announce the grand opening of its new Community Fitness Room on February 1, 2010. Thanks to a wellness grant for teacher fitness, we are able to build and offer access to this great fitness facility to staff and local residents in the hope that it provides an opportunity for everyone to start the New Year with a chance to get off the couch and get in the best shape of their lives.

2. This new facility is located adjoining Morgan High School but is a separate entity.

3. The room has professional quality workout equipment (Treadmills, Elipticals, Exercise Bikes, and Nautilus machines) as well as free weights, core resistance strength training devices and much more.

4. It will be offered to the community for personal workouts on a membership or a per visit basis.

5. The grand opening will be on 1 Feb 2010, at 3:30 pm so come by and see the room.

6. There will be a trained staff member present at all times.

7. Hours of operation will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3:30 – 6:30 for all interested community members and staff.

8. Cost for membership will be
• $80 per four month period, (that breaks down to $20 per month, $1.67 per day).
• $4 per visit with no membership.
